Has mom been checked for hyperthyroidism? What about an eating disorder like
bulimia?
As for the peanuts, I agree and have recently read in a childbirth educator
newsletter that ANY food that is consumed frequently during the pregnancy
can sensitize and predispose to allergy. So the advice is to eat a VARIETY
of foods.
Maybe the mom could be referred to a nutritionist for some diet help.
