To add my two cents on cup feeding.  When we started long long ago, you
always laid the cup on the babys lower lip. On the upper lip would be hard
for the baby to lap the milk.  Our  staff finds cup feeding very easy and
once they have tried it there is no complains to use this alternative. We do
find many  parents do not choose this option even when they are shown. Many
prefer fingerfeeding.  Just to add to the survey....Sharon
