A home health nurse tells me that one of her clients who is pumping and
breastfeeding a premie found that a silicone insert in the bell of her breast
pump increased her milk production.  Has anyone had experience with
these--either positive or negative?  She wants to know if she should
recommend them.  Increased breastfeeding started about the time her supply
increased, it's hard to tell whether it was the insert or bf or both that
made the difference.  TIA.  Bonnie Jones
