I have a mum in my LLLC Group who made an interesting comment at the last meeting.  She said she can tell when she's having a "good" thyroid day or a "bad" thyroid day by how much her 8 month old son nurses (more on a bad day).  I don't recall the details of her issues, but I know she is on "thyroid medications" and has struggled with supply, although less so with baby number 2 than with number 1--diagnosis was made between pregnancies.
