Diana and All,
FWIW, when I started taking domperidone (late one afternoon, as soon as UPS
delivered it) I woke up soaked the next morning from milk leakage. BUT, I
wasn't BFAR, I was increasing supply (still nursing a 20 month old) to pump
for a foster baby. It wasn't until the next day that my LC told me it took
3 days to work.

My point? I think often the mind is the most powerful galactagogue around,
especially with support and good information (that is where all of us come
in).

Warmly,
Dawn Martin
Austin, TX
