I have watched the comments on this Canadian airline story for a week or so now on Lactnet and elsewhere, and no matter what URL is posted, I can't get it.  I admit I'm Web Challenged, but I can usually point & click on a URL OK.  When I posted that on another list & asked if someone could email/fax/mail me the whole article, I immediately received half a dozen notes from other people saying they were having the same trouble.  (I have no pride.  I admit it.  I can't get to it.)  Would someone be kind enough to send me this article and I will personally transmit it to all the rest of my group who couldn't get to it also?  The suspense is killing me!
