I don't know it in ounces/pounds for growth, but pumping 750mls/24hrs seems fine
in quantity, but perhaps mom could try and pump a bit longer to be sure to have
all the available fat. Or consider 1 or 2 daily cluster-pump sessions (analogue
to clusterfeedings babies take at the end of the afternoon). I've seen good
results when I suggested cluster pumping to moms with supply/growth issues. The
other pump sessions might be a bit more apart if adding cluster pumping to a 2
hour pumping schedule seems too much of a burden.
