I am requesting information about some new anticonvulsant drugs,
Gabitrol and Gabopentin.  This mom had a grand mal seizure during
childbirth and was put on Dilantin. Her baby is now six months old and
is still nursing.  The neurologist wants her to continue taking
medication since her latest EEG showed some abnormalities. He suggested
she switch to Gabitrol or Gabopentin.  I read about Gabapentin in Dr.
Hale's book however, Gabitrol is not cited.
