Am I the only one wondering why we are taking this sitting down? There must
be some serious action we could take, as it is very clear these companies
understand exactly what they are doing and what the implications are. (I
worked in advertising and marketing before kids--believe me, I can just here
the conversations between the copywriters and the clients in my head). What
would be the implications for anyone who is IBCLC to refuse to pass these out
brochures, as they are in conflict w/ the Code? I see the collusion among
HCP's to be one of our biggest stumbling blocks. Still, there are a lot of us
out here--there must be a unified approach we could take. Any ideas?
