Dear Dr. Jack,
You are a gem!! Wish there was a way to clone you for us in the impoverished
underdeveloped portions of the US-like almost all of it!!!  Or...you could
give training courses on being breastfeeding friendly to HCP's who committed
"breastfeeding sacrifice"   Thanks for being there, even if we all are
Lactnuts!!
