Hi, Barb:  I am afraid I don't know this medication.  However, in these
situations I usually look for a safe alternative.  You say it's a diuretic
but you don't say why she is taking it.  Regardless, if she needs a diuretic
for high blood pressure or for bloating, etc, it is preferable that she use a
very commonly used, tried and true diuretic which is safe with breastfeeding,
