Valerie suggests "synthetic mother's milk".  I agree that it is a
good description.  I have some concern, however that by including
the words "mother's milk" people may read into it "close to mother's
milk".  Her term describes the function, but not the content.  "Cow
milk derivative intended for humans" describes the content, but is
awkward (which may not be so bad) to say.  Let's keep exploring
this.  Even if you know your idea isn't the ultimate answer, if you
toss it into the ring, it may be the impetus for someone else to
come up with a better version.
