I have a mom who would like a referral  for an LC.  She lives in Chinle, Arizona on an Indian Reservation.  She is not eligible for care in the local Indian Health Service Clinic or for WIC and she tells me that the nearest hospital is in Gallup, NM.  I have her permission to post this request and will pass on any leads to her.
