hello Gail, I'd be delighted to do this again.   I work four days a 
week at Family Practice units of McMaster University, Faculty of 
Medicine where I see Mothers and teach residents,    I also work one 
day a week at another McMaster site where I do prenatal counselling and 
also teach residents.  I really liked the last  Green Book.  Eileen
