Go to http://www.4woman.gov/ -- click on  breastfeeding in the panel on the left and read the english version and then go to the chinese version (43 pages). The direct address to the chinese version is
http://www.4woman.gov/Breastfeeding/bf-chinese.pdf

 It is so long that I usually just print off the first page (as a sample) with the web address at the bottom and check that the family has access to the web at home and give it to them so that they can access it at home
