Please ignore my last post (or just read it in conjunction with the one
from Jeanne Mitchell), since, as you can see, it's pretty much a
duplicate.  I had asked her to post this, and I hadn't seen it, so I
assumed she was having some sort of computer problem and couldn't post.  As
she mentioned, I am supposed to see my MD tomorrow (although I can stretch
it out a little bit if necessary), so I really needed to get the
information out there.
