I would probably try SNS at breast followed by pumping until jaundice is
resolved and milk supply is established. If the breast is difficult to
latch on to I wouldn't want to give anything else to suck on and I wouldn't
want to risk a baby who is jaundiced to the buttocks getting dehydrated.
