I really appreciate when many of you post articles and research that
is new. I am always impressed that some of us are finding these
things so quickly!

Can I ask--how do you do it? What is the time efficient way to keep
abreast of what is being published? I am thinking particularly of
what is available online.

This may be a technical question. I'd love to hear (and maybe others
would appreciate it too) how to become aware of what is out there to
read and learn without devoting time to random searches just to see
"if" something has become available.

Are you using email alerts from the medical journals?

Please pardon this possible very basic question. I'm embarrassed to
ask but experience tells me that when I don't know, probably others
don't either. Maybe we can all benefit a bit from some explanation
from those more "in the know".
