I am assuming the ABM is causing the intestinal
slow down, and mum is working well on increasing her supply, but are there
some suggestions to relieve baby's apparent discomfort? The baby is in a
harness 24 hrs/day for dislocated hips-could this be a possible cause of low
tone in the abdominal area? Harness cannot be removed so baby cannot be
bathed in warm water

Dear Friends:
How about some abdominal massage, in the direction of peristalsis?
Facing the baby, that means strokes that go from the left side of the
abdomen to the right. Think 'upside down U'.
    warmly,
