I would be suspicious of low volume, not any compositional irregularities.
And THAT would be from inadequate intake, most likely, and THAT would most
likely be from a poor suck. As fluid volume increases and turns the colostrum
into mature milk, it will probably sort itself out quite nicely IF the baby
can get the milk.

Diet doesn't affect milk composition to any great effect anyway. The extra
fluid will help mom's bladder function, not her lactation capabilities.
