carefully and study the pictures. Is the neck slightly flexed? most common
cause. If not that, you may have an in utero thumbsucker conditioned to
tongue-thrusting and will need to try and persuade him to get mouth open
and tongue down and forward and continue feed without puling the tongue
back and thrusting.
