Your posting is so touching.  In the past few days there have been postings 
about blaming any/every thing on breastfeeding.  Shame no one blames your 
daughter's healthier outcome on breastfeeding! I hope what you choose to say 
to your friend's brother and wife have some impact on where they choose to 
concentrate their efforts.
I don't know the answers, it just gets so frustrating at times!    Pat in
