Dear Lactnet Friends:

Sharing a case report of a one-week old baby who had a lip hemanigoma
ulcerate. Feeding this infant became impossible as the poor thing cried in
pain and refused to eat.

Mamma figured out to slather the bottle teat with anhydrous lanolin to
reduce any friction. The baby would accept the bottle this way.
