Thanks for your reply.  I have a few articles on ultrasound and mastitis and
engorgement, but nothing really favours or dismisses it as it an option.
Thanks for your support with this client, it is reassuring for both her and
I.  By the way, the surgeon has told this mum that it is impossible to feed
off one breast only.  I have of course told her otherwise.
