I hate to disagree with Dr.  Jack on this one

He's absolutely right about patient confidentiality but in some hospitals,
especially HMO's.  Sharing *trade information* can be a breech of hospital
confidentiality.
I was recently asked to sign an agreement on that same topic, stating that I
understood it was an offence to share trade information such as educational
programs, computer programs, policies etc...
