The husband of a client has a lump in his left breast, about 4:00, about
1-2 cm from the nipple, moveable, and about the size of the last digit on a
thumb. "Mass" seems like a better word to me than "lump". He first
noticed it about a week ago because it was (and is) very tender. No color
change. He lifts weights (has for years), and that's roughly but not
exactly where a bar rests on his chest when he's on his back. That's the
only connection they can think of, but it's not exactly the right spot.

I've suggested cabbage as an experiment, but none of us thinks it will do
anything because the lump is "deep". Should he be running to a doctor
pronto or is there some other likely explanation?
