Jan, this charting tool is so helpful!

In particular, I sometimes do a prenatal bf workshop for
committed-but-anxious pre-mothers, and the biggest place they fall down is in
being unable to tell whether their inability to get it all right is, let's
say, developmental -- that is, "great for day one, wait till you see what
it's like on day 3" -- or just the first sign of inevitable failure, as they
always secretly suspect.

I think giving them a tool like this is a great confidence builder for during
that period when their own inability to assess the situation is the greatest
anxiety producer for so many of them.
