Charlotte,
This is a good article and you can access it online I hope. I was able to
print it out. It has good pictures and Hazelbaker's assessment tool. Lisa
Amir posted about it a few days ago. I found it again in the archives. You
should search the archives too because there should be lots on it.

It is exciting to see this published in a mainstream paediatric journal. The
whole article can be read online, and includes some photos (courtesy of Kay
Hoover, they say), Hazelbaker's assessment tool, a description of the
procedure to release the frenulum and results of their examination of about
3000 infants of whom 127 were diagnosed as having significant ankylogossia.
