I agree w/ Kathy. Just b/c these interventions *can* be overcome, does not
mean that women should have to work so hard. We could look at any one or two
or more "causes" and find that they aren't enought to sabatoge bf, in most
cases. But, we should be focused on removing all of the barriers, not trying
to rationalize them, or minimize them. As with artificial nipples, one never
knows until it happens, which will be the straw that breaks the camel's back.
