And another thought....there were no personal comments made directed at any
one person.

I stand my ground on this....it is much more useful in the long run to stay
and discuss issues on an impersonal, evidence-based ground, respectfully,
then it is to go away and say "Yes, those breastfeeding people are zealots
and high minded."

It's harder to do it, and it may necessitate all of us examining ourselves
and our practice, but it is more worthwhile.  Defensiveness and
personalizing impedes our practice as practitioners who are all interested
in helping mothers and babies.

I vote we try it. Kathleen
