As someone whose glasses prescription is -10 diopters (very very myopic, take
my word for it) and who nursed for 5 years, I can tell you that my vision has
been stable since my daughter was born.  Well, I did turn forty a couple of
years back and reading glasses that I wear over my contacts became part of my
life ;-)
