Achondroplasia is an autosomal dominant disorder (1 in 10,000) births. It
is a defect of ossification at the epiphyseal plate, resulting in short
limbs, large head and lordosis, a form of Dwarfism. Has absolutely nothing
to do with being able to BF! In fact if BF baby will be healthier - duh!
Add it to the stupid list (reasons to not BF or wean). Sincerely, Pat in
SNJ Is it a full moon?
