Hi, wondering if anyone has used or is familiar with Go-Lacta or malunggay. My daughter just adopted and was able to start feeding her son at breast 24 hrs after delivery. She is on the induced lactation protocol ( with domperidone) and was pumping for 6 weeks prior to delivery and able to express an average of 4 oz/day with hospital grade pump. My grandson is now 6 days old. She is using SNS with formula to supplement for all feeds every 2-3 hrs. At this point she is not doing any additional pumping so it is hard to assess how much she is now producing. And being her mother who just happens to be IBCLC, I need to be very diplomatic in how I suggest information. She is willing to try Go-Lacta if there is positive feedback about it. In addition to the domperidone, she is also using fenugreek. I would be most appreciative of any suggestions.
