Several weeks ago I mixed up the EBM of two mom's, yep.... I gave one baby
the wrong milk.    At the request of admin I'm now working on a written
procedure for identifying and storing breastmilk.

Do you have a P&P specific to this topic in your facility that you would be
willing to share?

Has this ever happened to you?  I'd love to talk about it.  I'm still
feeling quite responsible for the potential long term affects this might
have on the baby.  (The inadvertent donor mom was tested, and negative for
HIV and Hep C).
