Dear Ladies of Lactnet,

As you have all been very helpful with other questions brought to this forum, I will be interested in your experience and knowledge for this one. A mother called looking for an explanation as to why she would get hives only when brestfeeding and only in the evening/night. She has already ruled out detergent.

I'm guessing it is hormonally related but cannot find anything written to support that feeling.

Many thanks for all the help you have given me before and for whatever thoughts you can share on this mother's question.

Warmly,

Cindy Garrison BS IBCLC
