When we are defending the ban on free formula products, does anyone else think that we need to come up with better analogies than cigarettes, alcohol, etc. We all know the chain of command in feeding a baby:

at the breast, expressed milk, banked milk, formula last. We also know that if we have a starving baby, we are going to give that baby formula if there is no alternative available, so it is important to have it around. Where is the comparison to cigarettes or alcohol? When we make this comparison, it makes us look as though we are the radicals that many believe that we are and its a turnoff and we lose credibility where we need it most.
