Deena,
  It's good to know that you nursed and worked a very busy schedule
successfully. My experience is that there are often problems among
women who do not have any control over their own time at work - they
have to ask a supervisor if it's ok to take a few minutes to pump.
Unfortunately, some people even have to ask permission to
go to the bathroom as well! So while the logistics of pumping are often
workable or arrangable having a supportive workplace is still important.
 It is for this reason that I think that role plays and other similar exercixes
should be part of breastfeeding classes so that new moms can think about
and practice approaching their bosses and co-workers aobut
nursing at work.
