This reminds me of something my son said one time about his baby sister. She
had just had this massive poopy diaper and Joshua looked at her and said "oh
momma Anna is so lucky!" and I said why is that? and he said "cuz she has got
all her work done for the day now!" He was 5 yrs old.

pretty cute huh!

I thought Dr. Jack would get a kick out of that one. and btw. I am really
looking forward to meeting you in person here in Birmingham this week.

Back to lurking.

btw. I knew a mom once through my LLL work who occasionally came to meetings,
this was before I was IBCLC, so a good while ago, but her baby did not eat
solids practically at all.. no kidding until well past the 2nd birthday. He
was growing well, and developmentally fine, and the mother was not worried.
This was one of those moms who does not use the Dr. much and ignores what she
doesn't want to hear anyway.. haha.. so she just figured he would eat when he
wanted to do so. her earlier child had done similar.. she just kept offering
nutritious things, and nursed on demand. She moved away, and I do not know
how long this child kept this up. We are talking he ate like no solids..
maybe a few dry cheerios a day and that is it. and he was a robust boy.
