Don't breastfeed in the 5 minutes immediately following the dose???
seriously tho, I would think not breastfeeding for 12-24 hours will be
plenty of time.  It is given as a single dose or an infusion over several
hours.  Monitor baby's PT & PTT, platelets if there is any concern, observe
for any bleeding, bruising - same as for mom.  Sincerely, Pat in SNJ
