I agree completely with this statement.  And these joys in being physically
fit and capable are just about the exact opposite of the joys described in
the original post, of having men ogle your breasts as sex objects.

P.S.  *I* can pick up a 100 pound 12 year old for picked-up hugs.  Having a
body that *works* means includes having breasts that make milk for babies.
