Well believe me I hardly adhere to these 10 minutes around...
A pediatrician told a colleague IBCLC (midwife) that even unsuckled, a 
breast would give quasi-directily fatty milk after "around 10 minutes of 
suckling to the other";
From all that I read carefully (articles of JHL, and other elements) I just 
can conclude she mixed herself with several studies i.e Ramsay and Hartman, 
but this pediatrician says it is a really recent theory;

I would personnaly say she mixes elements from differents studies, and 
concludes somewhat quickly but I wished to have other advices and 
interpretations;
