I hope some of the Mormons from Utah and Idaho will chime in here -- family
sizes of 8, 10, 12, 14, and this is *normal* in those regions/subcultures.
Anyone on LactNet familiar with the Hutterites of Canada?  Among the highest
completed fertility rates of any known population, achieved mainly by not
breastfeeding and not using any contraception.
