I remember that my son pulled off the breast frequently in the first two
months.  I have had over supply and over active let-down issues with my
other babies, and this didn't seem to be the problem with him, though I
do think my let-down remained fairly forceful.

He was bigger by a pound than any of my 3 girls, and it seemed to me
(although my instinct was to nurse anytime my baby fussed) that he
nursed more calmly if I nursed him only every 2 to 3 hours.
