This is a question from a nutritionist in my area.

Does anyone have experience with a nursing mom getting a yellow fever
vaccine and then pumping and dumping for a period of time to keep up the supply and
then resuming nursing? If so, how long before resuming nursing?

I have a friend that is moving to Nigeria in January and the doctors said
that she has to stop nursing to get her vaccine. The baby is almost 11 months
old and would not be weaning if not for the vaccine.

Thanks,
Annette Leibovitz
