Marijuana has well known side effects of INCREASING appetite, not
suppressing it.  In fact, this is one of its most common uses
therapeutically--to help AIDS patients increase their appetites and
therefore their food intakes, and to help chemotherapy patients with their
nausea.  Marijuana eases nausea and increases appetite.
