So mind-boggling! I'm also struggling to figure out what's "traditional"
about a formula that includes beef broth, liver, lactose, whey,
bifidobacteria, coconut oil, cod liver oil, sunflower oil, olive oil,
and acerola powder. Which exact tradition is this supposed to be?
Acerola is native to the Americas (mostly Central), cattle originated in
the Europe/Asia/Africa supercontinent (possibly mostly Europe), cod is
fished in coastal areas only, coconut originated in the Indo-Pacific
area, sunflowers in Central America, and olives in southern Europe/the
Mediterranean/western Asia. And lactose and dried bifidobacteria...
well.

I am not fully educated as some here on actual traditional breastmilk
substitutes and supplements for very young babies (such as teas and
flour-based paps), but my understanding is that they are, by and large,
a recipe for increased risk of illness, failure to thrive, and death.
Goat's milk might be the best of a bad bunch, but even it is still not
the least-worst substitute (as discussed here recently). There's a
reason modern infant formula is the fourth choice, not the fifth or
sixth or tenth.
