Not to be cynical or anything but Jeanne as bad as IBLCE seems to be at
writing, I'd say that somehow in their minds removing the SOP from the
website IS the same as rescinding it.  Remember, we're talking about
people that were confused by the meaning of the word "contradicting".

So I say it's time to break out the chocolate and shout HURRAY!  Then we
have to help IBLCE get this right....
