Just anecdotal: I nursed a toddler while eating one of the popular brands.
Another LLLL began eating it when her daughter was a month or so old - then
her daughter's rash finally cleared up. As with all foods, vitamins,
minerals, herbs etc. I'm sure we are all different in our reactions. But
blue green algae certainly isn't a known suppressor of breastmilk.
