Anyone have concerns about a breastfeeding mom taking promethazine?
A mom called me, placed on Biaxin (clarithromycin), promethazine, and
asthmacort by her doc. Didnt fill rx because she ask him about BF safety and
he said "I can only wory about one of you, not both"
I was in doubt about the promethazine so I used Newman's rule. Breastfeed.
