I was just reflecting our very first contact with LLL . I was being
hospitalized for IV antibiotic treatment. We had a three month old. My
doctor said the medication"would not be
 good for the baby."  My husband made the call to LLL. I was far to ill
to make it myself. It was valuable information. Not only did
breastfeedding continue uninterrutped, I was able to keep the baby at he
hospital with me.  I don't know what we would have done if the Leader
would have said "I need to talk to your wife"  I certainly wouldn't be a
Leader myself today!!!!!
